WA State Middle School Basketball Championship
Spokane, WA · March · Grades 4–8

The Washington State Middle School Basketball Championship brings together top feeder programs from across the state to compete in Spokane each spring. Boys and Girls compete in separate events, typically on successive weekends in mid-March.
Teams may earn a berth through two pathways: by place of finish in a designated qualifying tournament, or by finishing in the top 4 in the ETL standings (by win percentage) by the qualification deadline in early February.
The tournament guarantees a minimum of four games per team, with some advancing teams playing five. Competition is split into School-based and Club team categories. Trophies are awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.
Entry fees, deadlines and registration are managed by the state tournament — see the official site for current details. Tournament inquiries should be directed to Andy Siverly, the tournament director.
